ASTM A270/A269/A249, SMS 3008, ISO 2037, BS 4825 etc.
Tube Surface Finish / Polishing:
1. Bright annealed (Mill Finish)
2. Inside bead rolled.
3. Inside polished 240Grit. 320Grit.
4. O.D. mechanically polished 180Grit. 240Grit. 320Grit
Maximum roughness measurement of 32 Ra O.D. and 20 Ra I.D.
Packaging of Exporting:
Each stainless steel sanitary tubing will be end capped and packed in wooden boxes for exporting delivery.
Raw Materials:
POSCO, Outokumpu, TISCO, BAOSTEEL etc.
Tube Weld Integrity Tests
Reverse Bend Test :
Flatten to 2 times material thickness.
Flare / Cone Test :
Minimum 1.21 tube diameter (60 deg included angle).
Flange Test :
Minimum 1.10-1.15 tube diameter.
Eddy Current Test :
All tube diameters are on-line eddy-current tested.
Surface roughness is measured per ASME/ANSI B46.1 requirements. These measurements are derived from four (4) readings taken at cross sections approximately 90 degrees apart.
