Stainless steel sanitary tubing is polished on the outside and inside to the highest quality standards. Our stainless steel sanitary tubing 304 304L 316L meets ASTM A270 and 3A sanitary standards. Stainless Steel Sanitary tubing, sanitary fittings, sanitary valves and other products are manufactured for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Our products are engineered to decrease entrapment areas where bacteria can form and dock. Clamp-style sanitary fittings, are designed to be broken down, cleaned and reassembled for the optimal sanitary product line.
ASTM A270 Sanitary stainless steel tubing as well sanitary stainless steel tube, available in sanitary stainless steel AISI 316L, 304L or 304 from 1” to 4” sizes, inside roughness ( 32 μ'/0,8 μm ) Ra 180 grit; outside surface finishing ( 150 grit / Brushed ). Upon Request Inside surface finishing ( 20 μ'/0,5 μm ) Ra. for ASME BPE standards. To maintain clean standards tubes are packed individually in plastic sleeves and covered with plastic caps in both ends.
