SPEZILLA offers industry-leading welded sanitary tubing along with technical expertise and unmatched service before and after the sale. We stock all standard sanitary tubing sizes ½ – 8 inch OD (12.7 – 203.2 millimeter OD) in 20-foot (6.1-meter) lengths.
Materials Our sanitary tubing is available in alloys 304/304L and 316/316L. All 316/316L tube is supplied with a sulfur content of .005-.017% as specified in ASTM A270, Supp. S2.1.1. Available in A249, A269 and A270
Surface Polish:
Surface finish is 20 u-in Ra (0.5um) ID maximum, 30 u-in Ra (0.8um) OD maximum surface roughness measured per ASME/ANSI B46.1 with the profilo-meter reading at 90 degree to the lay. Other finishes available upon request.
Various types of polishing operations are commonly used to reduce the surface roughness of stainless steel sanitary tubes used in fluid piping & related components. As the name implies, mechanical polishing involves the application of physical force on abrasive media to remove the irregularities.
Surface Roughness: Bright Annealed, Mill Finish is available for both ID/OD, Mechanical Polish, Electro Polish needs to specify either ID/OD.
Capabilities:
1. Fully Automated European Tube Production Line with Inline Annealing & Inline Eddy Current testing.
2. In house facility for Mechanical Polishing for both inside & outside tube surface.
3. All stainless steel sanitary tubings are manufactured with Enviromental Friendly Technology.
4. In house facility for increasing inner surface of stainless steel sanitary tubings with Boroscope Instruments.
