Bright Annealed (BA) is produced by heat-treating (annealing) steel with a controlled atmosphere furnace. After heat-treatment, the steel has a reflective, mirror-like appearance, but may also have some imperfections and cloudiness. BA stainless steel can be buffed to attain a more reflective finish, and is often specified for applications where a highly reflective surface is desired.

Bright annealed tubes, are characterized by tight tolerances, and the inside surface of the tubes is free from oil, grease and other particles. Our bright annealed tubes are widely used in the fields of food & dairy, precision instruments, precise mechanical parts, semiconductor industry, etc.

We provide an extensive range of bright annealed tube, covering outside diameter φ6.0mm～38.1mm in both imperial and metric sizes. Special grades or sizes could be made to order.

2. Solution Annealing / Bright Annealed.

3.  100% Hydrostatic Test and 100% Eddy Current Test

4.  Mechanical Tests includes Tension Test, Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Hardness Test.

5. Impact Test subject to Standard request.

6. Grain Size Test and Intergranular Corrosion Test.

7. Visual Test and Endoscope Test for Surface Quality Test

8. Ultrasonic Test
