These SS Coil Tubing/ Coiled stainless steel tubings are widely used in the petrochemical, natural gas, oil and gas, and geothermal applications. Most of the standard sizes of stainless steel coiled tubes are available ex-stock for immediate deliveries to our customers. We have huge stock of stainless steel 304 grade coiled tubes and stainless steel 316 grade coiled tubes in outside diameter range of 6mm to 19.05 OD. We accept order for other non standard size coiled tubings as well. Coiled tubing is available in lengths of 100 feet (30 meters), 500 meters or customs lengths as per client specification.

Seamless stainless steel coiled tube is available mainly for hydraulic tube, stainless steel instrumentation tubing, capillary tube, and bright annealed tube. This product is manufactured by cold drawn / cold roll method.

3. 100% Hydrostatic Test and 100% Eddy Current Test

4. Mechanical Tests includes Tension Test, Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Hardness Test.

5. Impact Test subject to Standard request.

6. Grain Size Test and Intergranular Corrosion Test.

7. Visual Test and Endoscope Test for Surface Quality Test

Spezilla offers stainless steel coiled tubing in sizes from 1/4 to 1 in. and wall thickness from 0.035 to 0.049 in. Our coiled tubing is available in lengths up to 2300 feet, which is up to 30% long than traditional offerings. In addition, Spezilla offers less than reel quantities of coiled tubing. Stainless steel tube straighteners make coiled tubing installation faster and easier.
