Free Standing Jib Crane Description
Free Standing Jib Crane is a crane which is used with PK type electric chain hoist or CD, MD type electric hoist. It consists of column, swing jib, electric hoist, drive device and electrical control system.
The bottom of column is fixed on the concrete foundation by the anchor bolts, driving device is driven by the motor to rotate swing jib, and the electric hoist reciprocates and runs on swing jib.
Free Standing Jib Crane has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, small occupation space and large working range. And was widely used in machinery manufacturing, automotive, shipbuilding and other modern industrial production lines, assembly lines and warehouses, docks, laboratories and other materials handling operations. It Is an ideal lifting equipment for improving work efficiency and working conditions for the enterprise.

1. Power supply through step less slide lines;
2. Lifting mechanisms and traveling mechanisms are mutually independent and could travel at the same time;
3. Control panel protection degree is IP54;
4. Reasonable components installation, convenient for check and maintenance;
5. Electric cable is suspended in cable saddle, stationary cable trolley which slides on a galvanized C-type steel.

deflection to resist bending, buckling and crushing - The top bearing assembly utilizes a tapered roller bearing provided with
grease fitting for proper lubrication.
