Structural Composition
Electric Driven Lifting 50 Ton Double Girder Hook Overhead Crane is mainly composed of: big car running mechanism, car running mechanism, lifting mechanism and electrical equipment. The two ends of the bridge are supported on the elevated track over the workshop or open cargo yard by the running device and run longitudinally along the track. The crane trolley runs horizontally along the trolley track on the main girder of the bridge frame.

The speed of the universal overhead crane includes four aspects:
- The speed of the crane. There are three moving speeds :80, 100 and 120m/min.
- The speed of the trolley. The trolley generally moves at a speed of 40m/min;
- The lifting speed of the hook. General for 8 to 20 m/min;
- The lifting height. The standard lifting height of the hook is 12m, and the lifting height is one level for every 2m, up to 32m.
