Mode of Operation

5 Ton QD Model Double Girder Overhead Crane is mainly driven by electric power. It is usually operated in the driver's room and also controlled remotely. It can lift up to 125 tons and span up to 60 meters. For the convenience of installation and adjustment, universal coupling is often used in the driving device of the common bridge crane with large lifting weight. Crane operating mechanism generally only four active and driven wheels, if the lifting weight is very large, commonly used to increase the wheel to reduce the wheel pressure. When there are more than 4 wheels, the articulated equalizing frame device must be adopted so that the load of the crane is evenly distributed on each wheel.

Drive Mode
