40t Battery Driven Molten Steel Transfer Car For Ladle
The molten steel transfer car is powered by battery. The battery supply power to the DC motor, which is installed inside of car body. Through the order of start, stop, forward, back, speed governing, etc, electrical control system command the order to DC motor to drive ladle transfer car working.
The molten steel ladle transfer car is commonly applied in steel industry or metallurgy industry to transfer liquid steel, steel ladle, steel scraps, etc. It can be used within workshop handling or between workshops.
In order to ensure the platform and driving system damaged by high-temperature, there is firebrick laid on the platform of the ladle. Or the driving system is protected by special design. This kind of ladle car can run on both straight rails and S-shaped rails.
The applying site in one of our client’s factory, they use the scrap bucket carts to transfer steel scraps ladle from production line to warehouse. In order to improve the working efficiency, the use two sets ladle cars for alternative using.
