Purpose, principle and structure of apparatus For Tumble Washing Machine Door Endurance Testing Equipment:
It is used to test the durability of the interlocking device of tumble washing machine door, and the force test when the interlock is actuated, so as to verify the reliability of the interlocking device; also used to assist other tests for repeated opening and closing operations of the tumble washing machine door.
The equipment combines of electrical control cabinet (including load voltage regulating device), frame and manipulators. There is one testing station for testing tumble washing machine with door.
Precautions For Tumble Washing Machine Door Endurance Testing Equipment:
The operating angle must be confirmed before the suction cup of the manipulator and the sample cover are sucked together, otherwise the sample will be damaged.
Before starting the voltage, the voltage adjustment knob must be adjusted to the minimum position.
Lubricate the manipulator regularly.
