Working Principle

The on/off actions of the interlocking device are controlled by a programmed control system. The manipulators are driven by servo motors to repeatedly open and close the door or lid at a preset speed.

For door testing, the manipulator uses a vacuum suction cup to attach to the washing machine door. For lid testing, the fixture clamps the lid. A force sensor is mounted on the manipulator and forms a closed-loop control system with the servo motor, allowing accurate control of the opening or closing force value.

The equipment consists of an electrical control cabinet, load voltage regulating device, rack, and manipulator system. There are two independent test stations: one station for a drum washing machine with a front door, and one station for a pulsator washing machine with a top lid.
