Product Information For G13 Double Ended Lamp Holder: 

The G13 Double-ended Lamp Holder Go Gauge is conforming to IEC 60061-3-2007, 7006-60C-3 Ⅰ and Ⅱ.

To check a combined pair of flexible or inflexible lampholders G13 with regard to entry of lamp pins.

It shall be possible to insert each gauge into a combined pair of lampholders. For the maximum forces to be applied see IEC Publication 400, Sub-clause 10.5.
