It is a special high-end torque testing equipment with threaded lens knob, which is suitable for testing and certification agencies and factory laboratory testing departments.
Purpose and Principle For Lens Rotation Torque Test Equipment:
This testing machine is mainly used to verify the thread torsion resistance strength of the lens with threaded lens barrel, and to verify its fatigue resistance reliability after a certain number of torsion.
Use the servo motor to drive the jig holding the lens to rotate a certain number of times N (N=thread length*10/thread pitch) at a speed of not less than 20 times/min, so that it can be inserted into the corresponding threaded sleeve. The sleeve withstands a torque greater than 1.2kgf*cm through the brake.
