Product Overview:
This tester complies with IEC 60065: 2014 Clause 8.21, Figure 14-16, IEC 60558-1Fig6, IEC 60950 and other standards for tensile and electrical strength verification of indivisible thin layer materials.
The tester has mechanical limits at 0 ° and 230 ° to ensure the accuracy of the test angle.

How to rotate the mandrel to 230° position:
Pull out the locking pin and then rotate the mandrel from the 0 ° limit position to the 230 ° limit position to lock the locking pin. Please refer to the figure below.
