Product Information For Waterproof Test Chamber:
The equipment is designed and manufactured according to IEC 60529: 2013 IPX1 and IPX2 requirements. Used to test the physical and other related properties of electrical and electronic products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated climatic conditions. After the test, determine whether the performance of the product meets the requirements, so as to facilitate product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.
Equipment features For Waterproof Test Chamber:
1. Suitable for IPX1, IPX2 classification of waterproof test.
2. The shell is made of plastic-sprayed steel plate, beautiful and durable.
3. Dripping plate, inner cavity, turntable and other wading parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure long-term use without rust.
4. Drip box adopts vacuum design, high rust stainless steel structure; Nozzle base and needle can be separated, convenient needle installation and replacement.
5. The water supply pipe is equipped with a filter to filter impurities in the water and prevent clogging of the sprinklers.
6. With compressed air drying function, after the completion of the test, the excess water in the drip irrigation tank can be discharged to avoid scale blocking pinholes for a long time. (Note: the user needs to provide compressed air supply).
7. The turntable uses a decelerating motor, and the speed can be set on the touch screen to achieve the IPX1 test speed of 1 rpm, and the tilt device on the turntable can reach 15 ° for the IPX2 test.
