Application: It is used to check that the supply cord of the small household appliances (such as Coffee pot / electric iron) and lamps is adequately protected against excessive flexing where it enters the appliance.

Test sample: Small household appliances, such as coffee pot, electric iron, toaster, luminaires and etc.

Feature: The test stations, test angles, load voltage can be customized. The test cycles, speed, voltage, etc., can be preset.

Before testing, please check the components of the fixture is loose or not.

Before testing, please check whether the load socket is damaged or not.

Before testing, please check whether the manipulator swivel smooth by operate the manually speed.

Under non-work state, please take off the test samples and weights, turn off the load power supply and external power supply.

Please do not place any heavy and sharp objects on the equipment.

Please do not thrust the machine components, in order to avoid position offsetting.

Please keep away from liquid, in order to avoid electrical circuit short.

Special function

【Single/Double sieded】selected button: Operator can select one side which is with 0° as the center line to do reciprocating flexing (Single-Sided swivel) in this system, and the reciprocating swing range will not exceed the center line. Operator can also select each half flexing angle of the left and right direction around the center line at 0°, that is, flex around the center line (reciprocating) (Double -Sided swivel). The default is double-sided flexing. Press the button for single-sided swivel. This button can be used in conjunction with the [Left and Right Swivel] button to select the direction and single-side and double-side swivel at the same time. Special note: Before switching of these buttons, operator must make sure that the turntable is at the starting position by pressing [Homing] button, and the counts are cleared by pressing [Count Cleared] button, then the switching of these buttons will be effective. The purpose is to avoid changing the direction of rotation while one direction is being tested.
