The Refrigerator Door Switch Durability Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 62552:2015 Chapter 10 and customized customer requirements. It is used for the durability testing of vertical doors on upright freezers and for performing door opening and closing actions in conjunction with refrigerator energy efficiency performance testing. This fully automated specialized testing equipment is suitable for testing and certification agencies, factory laboratories, and other testing departments.
Equipment Principle:
· Door Opening Action: A servo motor drives the robotic arm, pulling a flexible rope to move the suction cup-attached door from 0° to 5–15° in a controlled manner. After this, the door continues moving freely until it reaches the required restricted angle.
· Door Closing Action: The servo motor drives the robotic arm, and the pressure roller pushes the door from 45° to 40–35° in a controlled manner. The door then moves freely until it is fully closed.
· Each complete cycle consists of one door opening and one door closing action.
