Pull Force and Torque Test Apparatus for Vehicle Plugs and Connectors
This specialized test equipment evaluates the mechanical durability of vehicle plugs, socket-outlets, and connectors by subjecting them to specified pull forces and torque loads.
Designed and manufactured in compliance with IEC62196-1:2022 clause 25.3 Figure 17 and table 11, and IEC60309-1:2012 clause 23.3 standards.
Operating Principle and Structure
Pull force is generated by a single-phase speed-regulating motor driving an eccentric mechanism, with adjustable motor speed to ensure precise timing for each force application. Torque is applied through the release of calibrated weights using an air cylinder system.
