UL817 Wire Bending Test Machine for Power Cords and DC cables



Product Introduction:


This tester complies with UL817 and other related standards concerning the general safety requirements for flexible cord components and power supply cords. It is applicable to manufacturers and quality inspection departments for conducting bending tests on power cords and DC cables.

The machine is specifically designed to test the flexural endurance strength of plug lead wires and cables.
The test speed is controlled by a photoelectric sensor, which transmits the signal to a digital display meter. The stepless speed regulator allows direct adjustment and easy reading of the speed value.

 

Test method:


The specimen is fixed on the fixture with a specified load. The fixture swings left and right continuously. After a set number of cycles, the sample is checked for broken wires or discontinuity. The machine automatically stops operation when the specimen fails or reaches the preset number of cycles.
