Product Overview:
The SN883-X65 Water-Cooled Xenon Weathering Test Chamber is a high-performance accelerated aging system designed to simulate long-term outdoor environmental exposure within a short test period.
Equipped with an imported Q-LAB long-arc water-cooled xenon lamp, the chamber delivers highly stable and reproducible light spectra that closely match natural sunlight, ensuring reliable and internationally comparable test results.
This system fully complies with IEC 62368-1:2018 Clause Y.2 and Annex C, and is widely adopted for durability and weather resistance evaluation of materials exposed to sunlight, humidity, condensation, and optional water spray.
Compared with conventional xenon chambers available on the market, the SN883-X65 offers higher optical accuracy, superior temperature and humidity control, and enhanced operational safety, making it suitable for both laboratory research and industrial quality assurance.
Test Principle:
Material aging is primarily caused by the combined effects of ultraviolet radiation, heat, moisture, and condensation.
The SN883-X65 reproduces these conditions by using:
- A xenon arc lamp to simulate the full solar spectrum
- Controlled humidity and condensation to replicate rain and dew
- Precisely regulated temperature cycles
By alternating light and moisture conditions, the chamber can reproduce months or even years of outdoor exposure within days or weeks, enabling accelerated evaluation of material performance, formulation optimization, and durability comparison.
