Handheld IPX5 water spray nozzle with flow meter complies with IEC60529 & GB/T4208 standards. The built-in flow meter precisely adjusts and monitors the standard 12.5L/min water flow. It is used to perform IPX5 waterproof spray test on electrical products, chargers, lighting and auto parts. The handheld design enables all-directional spraying to simulate rain and washing conditions, verifying enclosure sealing performance for certification and production inspection.
This equipment is used to verify the protective performance of the enclosure for electronic and electrical products, automobiles, motorcycle parts, household appliances, seals and lamps under water jets at degree IPX5.

- Assemble water pipe, water pump and spray nozzle as shown in the reference drawing
- Turn the valve handle to regulate water flow
- Adjust flow rate to 12.5±0.625 L/min via the flowmeter to meet IPX5 test requirements
