Overview:
This Battery Crush Acupuncture Test Machine is designed to simulate actual using environments for the lithium battery such as battery in crush and feedback the various results in different crushing conditions.
Capacitor is placed between two crushing boards, the motor drives the screw to transmit the crushing force onto battery. The screw returns if a pre-set force value reached, or voltage dropped to a pre-set value, or the battery deformed then repeat a cycle between periodic crushing and return.

It is conforming to UN38.3 clause .4.6.3, IEC62133:2017 clause 7.3.6, IEC62133:2012 clause 7.3.6, 8.3.5, IEC60086-4 clause 6.5.3 IEC 60086-1 and etc.
