Application:
 
It is used to verify the door system, including hinges, microwave seals and other associated parts, shall be constructed to withstand wear that may be expected in normal use.
 
Test Principle:
 
The manipulator is driven by servo motor to reciprocating open and close the door at a certain speed with vacuum suction cup sucking on the door, thus, to verify the reliability of the door system, including hinges, microwave seals and other associated parts.
 
Structure:
 
This equipment adopts PLC plus servo motor control, equipped with full stainless-steel manipulator, vacuum suction cup, and standard 7-inch color touch screen. The test angle and speed can be preset, so as to simulate the manual opening and closing of microwave oven and similar equipment door. The frame is made up of high-grade aluminum alloy profiles. The manipulator is mounted on the pillars of the frame. It can meet the endurance test of microwave oven doors of different sizes and opening methods.
The system can detect whether the sample is energized. When the load is tested, if the sample is not energized during the test, the device will automatically stop, the counter records the number of tests and alarms. This function can be activated as needed.
Equipped with a universal socket, the test equipment can supply rated voltage to test sample, and can detect whether the test sample is energized. During the 50000cycles of operation with the appliance supplied at rated voltage, if the sample is not energized, the operation will be stopped, alarm will be given out.
