Equipment overview:

This equipment adopts PLC intelligent control and standard color LCD touch screen, it is equipped with position adjustable actuators and vacuum suction cups to absorb the surface of door and drawer. The test angle, speed, and door and drawer opening and closing time can be preset, so as to truly simulate the opening and closing actions, achieving an intelligent control method and multiple functions in one machine.

Equipment principle:

The opening and closing of the drawer adopts servo motor to drive the mechanical arm forward and backward, pulling the drawer to be opened. The pull-out stroke can be preset.

It adopts column structure, it is equipped with one-station drawer opening and closing structure.

Test steps for drawer:

Step 1:

Initially open the drawer: the manipulator of drawer opening and closing opens drawer 1, opening and closing rate is 1.5 s. Total opening time T= total volume L*0.30s/2 (30s< T <90s), drawers shall be opened at 70％+5 0 of the depth of the drawer or at maximum opening allowed by construction if smaller than 70%.

Step 2:

Drawer opening and closing test: 10min later, the manipulator of drawer opening and closing opens drawer 1, 1.5 s for opening, 4 s remains, 1.5 s for closing. 6 times per hour, That is, 0min, 10min, 20min, 30min, 40min, 50min each open and close once.

Stop opening and closing the drawer when the total test time reaches 12 hours.

Step 3:

Keep the drawers closed for 12 hours, then the test is completed.
