IEC 60065 Clause 12.1.1 Drop Testing Equipment for Audio Video Products

Brief Introduction:

This drop test device meets the requirements of IEC 60065 Clause 12.1.1 and etc.

It is suitable for repeated drop strength testing of various audio and video products with the weight over 7kg. The test times can be set in advance, and it will automatically stop when the test times reache the set value. It is easy for operators to handle. 

Place the test sample on a horizontal wooden board and drop it from 50mm onto a hardwood board 50 times. The driving mechanism drives the ejector rod to raise the supporting plank to a predetermined height, and suddenly falls at a high speed (Fall acceleration is greater than 9.8), and the supporting plank falls freely onto the wooden platform. The machine is equipped with guardrails and high-level rails to prevent the product from tipping and shaking off the test bench during the test.
