Use the motor to drive the eccentric wheel to rotate to control the length of scraping. The scraping frequency is 50-60 times per minute to scrape the insulating surface of the sample. The length of scraping can be adjusted (10-20mm). The equipment has the function of scraping times. The grinding times can be set. When the scraper scrapes the insulating layer and contacts the conductor, the equipment will stop running and give an alarm, and record the current scraping and grinding times.
