What is diecut products?

Diecut products means all types of flat materials, which can be diecut by a metal tolling. If a material is flat and not too thick, it would be a potential material for diecutting. These materials are normally thin plastic mylar, silicone rubber, foam, copper and aluminum foil, paper and other new found materials. They offen have double sided adhesive tape on one side or both sides, so as to stick it to somewhere needed.

Diecut products are widely used in all electronic and electrical equipments, as shock proof, water and dust proff, conjunction, heat resistance, electric conduction, smoother, decoration and so on.

Diecut product example: when you need 1 million pieces of round paper, say D10, the fastest way is to make a metal tooling, then produce these 1 million pieces on a diecut machine. Finished within one or two days.
