Ion Plating Barber Scissors
Each ion plating cycle is 15-30 minutes. High current is heating up metal target(titanium, TiAl, chromium, etc.) into ion to react with different gas(Ar, N2, C2H2, O2) to deposit on products. Due to plating under high vacuum, that makes ion plating film durable.
Foshan Jinxinsheng Vacuum Equipment will test each ion plating machine before shipment to customer's factory. After arriving at customer's factory, we will send engineers to install ion plating machine and train ion plating machine operation. Some simple maintenance skill will be taught at the same time.
