Auto refrigerant recovery and refill machine is a special-purpose equipment , which is used for the recovery , regeneration and refill of refrigerant in automobile A/C system and other similar system . The machine is mainly composed of refrigerant recovery system , dry and filtration system, evacuation system , refill system , monitoring system and operating system . It is used to recover the refrigerant from the A/C system and the recovered refrigerant cylinders and then , oil is separated and collected . Afterwards , the A/C system is evacuated by the equipment and the fresh oil and refrigerant are refilled . Finally , the system is operated , monitored and tested .

b. Charge : Charge refrigerant into the the perfectly sealed air condition system . Manual operation to purge the waste compressor oil and charge the new oil .
c. Vacuuming : Draw out air from conditioner .
d. Equipped with filter device to eliminate moisture and impurities .
e. Separate compressor oil from the refrigerant and charge new oil .
