1. Open Bag: Remove casings from packaging. DO NOT SOAK CASINGS IN WATER as this will cause them to disintegrate.
2. Stuffing: Slide casing onto stuffing horn. Use a straight stuffing horn with correct outside diameter to prevent casing breakage.
3. Filling: Apply minimal resistance while stuffing. For links, slightly under-fill to allow for twisting. The casing will naturally moisten with meat contact, facilitating linking.
4. Usage: Suitable for fresh and smoked sausages. Casings are edible and do not require peeling before consumption.
5. Storage: Store unused casings in refrigerator within the resealable bag for optimal preservation.
