Quarter turn compact quick open electric actuator with ISO5211 direct installation
Description
DCL quick open electric actuators are widely used for fast open and close applications. By using a multi-head worm gear instead of a single head worm gear, the transmission efficiency of whole gear train will improve and the output drive speed will be higher than standard model. Different reduction ratios of gear train can output different torque and speed. So, DCL provides kinds of speed/torque combinations in very compact size.
DCL quick open electric actuators can add two SPDTs to confirm valve positions. All limit switches are made by Omron Japan, with 100,000 times life cycles and above. Patent designed block adjustment from upper side, not from side end, to save field adjustment time. All electronics and wiring components such as cables and terminals are tested and certified by CSA per UL/CSA standard, tested by SGS per CE standard, CE marked.
