1. Machine Introduction

A high level of automation: any skilled worker can operate the machine independently through a 2-day training program with one - button start and stop function which simplifies the operation of the machine significantly. The weld bead shaping approaches include: Spiral Wing Welding, Spiral Welding and Straight Welding. The allowable diameter for pipe clamping of the machine is assembledfrom 120 mm to 800 mm, and if necessary, a larger pipe diameter may be customized with a maximum welding length of 6 meters. The specialized welding torch and welding cable reduce the resistance of wire feeding, which enables the stable wire feeding of the welding gun at the position of 6th meter on the inner wall of the pipe after feeding by the wire feeder.
