I. Machine Instruction
Welding positioner is divided into tilting type, lift type, head and tail stock rotary type,horizontal turning type, double rotating type,etc. Welding positioner consists of worktable turning unit and tilting unit. By means of worktable elevating, tilting and turning, work-piece fixed on the worktable can be placed to an ideal angle for welding and assembly. The speedof worktable is controlled continuously variably with inverter to attain satisfactory welding speed.
For the reason of eccentric-distance and gravity -center-distance,bigger model should be selected for longer work-piece and work-piece which gravity-center has more offset. Standard welding positioner can not meet requirement for all work-pieces, please make sure to offer the shape,weight and machining technology of work-piece to us, so we can provide suitable proposalfor your requirement.
