1. Introduction
JH-500 TW wear-resistant surfacing machine is a new generation of desktop surfacing machine developed by our company. Its control system is controlled by high-performance PLC + digital system, TECO servo precision system controls pallet shift, and the latest TECO JSPD servo system control Technology (for wire control), horizontal dual-drive guide rail + feed control code mode of ejector plate (feed shift of parent metal) and SAMSR drive + OPG motor control (for powder falling) in which wire is fed and dropped The accuracy of the powder is within ±1.0g. The welding torch head adopts circulating cooling water and constant pressure cooling, and at the same time, the base material is cooled by frequency conversion water pressure circulation, which avoids the base material from being deformed due to overheating during the welding process.
