Product description
JH-120 used in roller press machine, vertical grinding machine, syn transmit layer pile up welding during coal grinding machine repair, JH-120 core alloy welding material has anti crack performance and shock tenacity. JH-120 is the first layer welding material, used in pile up welding anti crack. Able to validly prevent the welding cracks on roller surface and fatigue cracks extension and develop to roller body, protect the roller body not been damaged.
It is a copper coated, low-alloyed solid wire used for hardfacing and building up highly wear-resistant layers on tools and machinery parts, driving rollers, digging tools and so on. The hardness of the weld metal becomes 50-60 HRC.
Applications
Applied in prime layer and transit layer of vertical roller bush, grinding tray, roller press machine, roller press machine, coal grind roller, make base material and anti grind layer has more better combine strength and buffer performance.
