I. Machine Instruction
This equipment is composed of lathe bed, head, cross member, manual bracket, pneumatic return sliding table, pneumatic tailstock, elevating mechanism of the torch, welding oscillator, adjusting mechanism of the torch, OTC 500A welding power source, water-cooled torch(equipped with cooling water tank) and electrical control system, etc. It has the features of easy-operation and fast.
1. Lathe Bed
The lathe bed is welded & combined by section bar and steel plate and treated with annealing. The work surfaces can ensure the installation accuracy. The rotating head and 2 support brackets are installed on slideway from the left to the right. The support brackets can be pushed & moved on the slideway manually to adjust the position of the support brackets substantially.
The removable safety shield is installed on the lathe bed.
2. Rotating Head
The swing bearing is composed of swing shafting and box, etc. It is driven by the AC gear motor. Conductive device, detection device and wiring terminal are installed inside it. The rotating speed of main spindle is stepless changing. Self-centering three jaw chuck is installed on the flange plate of the main spindle. Use K11-500D three jaw chuck.
3. Support Bracket
The support bracket is composed of baseplate, guide shaft, guide bushing, support plate, adjusting screw, nut sleeve, pressure plate and roller seat, etc. The V-shaped roller locating seat can go up and down by turning the adjusting screw or adjusting the position of the roller seat to accommodate the workpieces with different diameters. Adjust the position of the support bracket to accommodate the workpieces with different lengths.
