1. Machine Introduction
The JH-500 TWear Resistant Overlay Steel Plate Welding Machine is a new generation of the table type overlay welding machine developed by our company, which is functioned by the high performance PLC + digital system for its control system, the TECO servo precision system control for its pallet displacement, the latest TECO JSPD servo system control technology for its wire control, the horizontal double driving guides + code mode of feed control for its ejector plate feeding displacement of parent metals, and the SAMSR driver + OPG motor control for its powder dropping in which the precision of wire feeding and powder dropping is enabled within ±1.0g. The hydraulic pressure of the system adopts the analog quantity to control its automatic pressure circulation of setting values to improve the pressure control accuracy up to an range of 0.15%, which controls the welding torch within compound swing of 10-48mm for welding, and cools the welding torch head by circulating cooling water constant pressure cooling while cooling the parent metals by variable frequency water pressure circulating, avoiding the deformation of the base metal due to the overheat in the welding process.
