1. Machine Introduction
The JH-800 Table Type Overlay welding Automatic Machine is a new generation of the table type overlay welding machine developed by our company, which is functioned by the high performance PLC + digital system for its control system.the TECO servo precision system control for its pallet displacement.
Its designed with double wire welding and wire powder dropping modes which allows the independent and bi-directional operations for each mechanism in manual mode. The machine welding control system can accurately set the speed, feed the wire, drop the powder and display the X-axis running coordinates, and adopts the digital design to improve the overlay welding performance of the machine and improve the process, including closed-loop control, analog quantity conversion, digital quantity data given, frequency broken wire detection, and automatic detection & alarm. The operation is functioned by TECO 10.2 inch real color touch screen to monitor and display the running status by Chinese and English operation pages with help wizard mode, information feedback, abnormal alarm for a practical key automatic operation, which thus reduces the labor input and improves the production efficiency significantly.
