1. Component

The JH-360 is composed of a rotary platform, first-stage RV deceleration, second-stage rotary platform and various rotating conductive parts. During the welding, the client shall install his offline welding equipment on JH-360DEG and we will be responsible for the technologies to the control cable interface. The JH-360 can input rotation, load-bearing support and conductive link and work with the offline equipment to form a welding unit for automatic mill overlay welding.

2. Working Principle

The specialized JH-360 Refiner Plate Overlay Welding Machine can carry out the off-line overlay welding to refiner plates by a combination with off-line welding equipment, among which JH-DEG360 inputs rotation and rotary conduction, while the off-line equipment works as welding unit.

3. Composition of Electrical Parts

The electrical part is mainly controlled through the frequency converter, stepless speed regulation and circulating water cooling power control.
