I. Machine Instruction
This equipment is composed of lathe bed, rotating head, cross member, manual bracket, pneumatic return sliding table, pneumatic tailstock, elevating mechanism of the torch, welding oscillator, adjusting mechanism of the torch, OTC 500A welding power source, water-cooled torch(equipped with cooling water tank) and electrical control system, etc. It has the features of easy-operation and fast.
1. Adjusting Mechanism of The Torch
This component is composed of mounting base, two-dimensional adjusting mechanism and electric elevating, etc. The torch can align the weld seam accurately by fine adjusting the X-direction and Y-direction adjusting mechanism manually. It can weld different diameter workpieces by adjusting the Z-direction adjusting mechanism. Welding oscillator is equipped on the adjusting mechanism.
2. Cross Member
The cross member is composed of crossbeam, crossbeam supporting seat, linear sliding rail, stepping motor, gear reducer, gear rack transmission, mounting base, connecting plate, drag chain component and detection device, etc.
3. Return Mechanism
The return mechanism is composed of air cylinder, base plate, linear sliding rail, sliding plate, detection device, etc.
4. Elevating Mechanism of The Torch
The elevating mechanism of the torch is composed of motor, base plate, linear sliding rail, sliding plate, detection device, etc. This component is installed on the sliding plate of the return mechanism and its maximum travel is 300mm.
