The raw materials for the roller are seamless steel pipes or alloy steel. After heat treatment, machining, and fine grinding, the surface is plated with hard chrome and polished with abrasive belts, or plated with hard chrome and polished or made into a mirror surface.

The chrome-plated roller is mechanically rough processed to heat treated, and the surface hardness can reach HRC55-58. After mechanical turning, grinding, and electroplated hard chrome, the surface hardness can reach HRC62. The flatness, out-of-roundness, and coaxiality can be satisfied with customer requirements
