D-shaped hydraulic pulper

The pulper is used in the pulp and paper industry to break down paperboards, damaged paper and waste paper. This machine adopts "D" shaped groove body, which changes the form of vortex generated by the traditional pulper, greatly shortens the circulation flow path of the slurry, makes the rotor contact with the slurry more quickly, the frequency is higher, and the crushing time can be shortened.Reduce energy consumption and increase production capacity per unit volume.

The D-type hydraulic pulper includes a tank body, a sieve plate, a slag outlet, a slurry outlet, a liquid level connecting pipe, an impeller, an impeller frame, a base and a support frame. The trough body is D-shaped, and a sieve plate is arranged inside the sieve plate, which is divided into upper and lower parts by the sieve plate; an inverted cone-shaped sieve hole is arranged on the sieve plate and is distributed in equilateral triangles at four corners of the sieve plate. The slag outlet is provided outside the tank body and above the sieve plate; the slurry outlet is provided outside the tank body and is below the sieve plate. The liquid level communication tube is a transparent tube, which is located outside the tank body and communicates with the tank body. The impeller is installed inside the tank, the impeller frame is installed on the sieve plate, and the cover is outside the impeller. The top of the impeller frame is cross-shaped and has four sides. The tank body adopts a two-layer design, which is provided with a slag outlet and a slurry outlet, which are conducive to the separation of slurry and slag, and the tank is clean. The pulp capacity is conducive to the separation of pulp and slag and produces good pulp.
