Product Introduction with Leak Testing Equipment:

The mass spectrometer is used for leak detection with helium as the tracer gas and gas analyzer to detect helium. Helium has low background noise, small molecular weight and low viscosity coefficient, which is easy to pass through the leak hole and easy to diffuse. In addition, helium is an inert gas and does not corrode equipment, so helium is often used as tracer gas. Spray the gas on the container to be tested which is connected to the gas analyzer (adjusted to only respond to helium). If there is a leak hole in the container, the analyzer will react accordingly, and then the location of the leak hole and the amount of leaked gas can be known.
