Operation methods of washer :
During operation, any adjustment to the equipment is forbad, workers shall keep away from the rolling drum to avoid being hurt. The tools and sundries are not allowed to drop into cleaning tank to avoid blocking of the machine and damage the reducer and motor.
Rotary drum washer shall be operated under a low water level for a better cleaning.
Because of the bad working conditions, workers shall clean and change water at the interval of every shift (eight hours), and keep the cleaning effect by exhausting the effluent water and sludge in time.
Description of rotary washer:
The rotary drum washer is mainly used in the production of starch, potato flour to wash the raw material.
The washer works according to the principle of countercurrent washing. The material flows from the inlet to the outlet along the twisted bar while the water in the rinse bath flows in the converse direction. Such movement can eliminate the sand and mud effectively.
