Technical Parameters:
1) Cassette Quick Change Roller single Facer adopt negative pressure design, helps flute paper press evenly and closer on surface of corrugating roller, perfect forming and even gluing on flute tip, better laminating with line paper.
2) Quick change corrugator roller in 15 munities, while replacing corrugating roller, the whole complete roller set with cassette to delivery into the machine matched and fixed by hydraulic system on base of machine.
3) Corrugating roller, pressure roller and gluing roller adopt high stability air bag control system, with pneumatic control buffer effect.
4) Gluing width motorized to match paper width, idle running motor for gluing roller to avoid glue dry. Gap between gluing roller and doctor roller adjust by electrical, digital read out. Moveable type gluing unit, convenient to clean and maintain.
5) Simple operation control system, touch screen with colorful displays operation state, easy operation.
6) Build-in pre-conditioner with proportional spraying device, to control flute paper temperature and moisture.
