Shape:
Round strips: Super large diameter fluorine rubber rings are also often used for sealing

large-scale machinery and equipment. However, due to the large diameter,

the mold is expensive and unfavorable for processing.

Fluorine rubber round strips are often used to bond large diameter O-rings.

Also known as O-shaped strip.

Solid strip: It can be a variety of special shapes, such as mushroom type,

which is often used in vacuum equipment or oven door high temperature strips,

and its service life is much longer than silicone sealing strips.

Hollow tube: It is often used for liquid circulation (acidic liquid, alkaline liquid, oil, etc.).

Metal strips can also be installed inside as a sheath to protect the internal structure.

Square strip: Similar to the round strip, it is often used for cold bonding of fluororubber special adhesives

or hot bonding of molds into square rings with large diameters.

Foamed strips: Compared with solid strips, foamed strips have lower density and better elasticity,

and are often used for sealing at high temperature and heat insulation.

Other special-shaped strips: Other special-shaped patterns can be processed according to the drawings.

Features: High and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance,

chemical solvent resistance, high pressure resistance, fuel resistance, aging resistance, and ozone resistance.

Temperature range: -20 to 250 for long-term use, and short-term use at 280° or 300°.

Color:Regular colors are black and brown, green red or other colors can be customized.

Extrusion molding is infinite length (can be cut according to customer requirements)

Dimensions: The wall thickness of the thinnest fluororubber tube is 0.7mm,

the minimum diameter of fluororubber strip is 1mm,

and the outer diameter of the most extrudable tube is 35mm.

If your product is the thinnest moulded product, you can make 0.5mm product.
