1. Single-screw or twin-extruder extruder (with automatic feeding machine)
According to the requirements of different diameters and different output of pipes, we have many models of special single screw
extruders to choose from. It adopts a specially designed screw structure, which can evenly heat, plasticize the raw material and
extrude pipes.

2. Mould
The mould is made of high-quality alloy steel, the internal flow channel is chrome-plated and highly polished, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; With the special sizing sleeve, the product production speed is hight and the surface of
the pipe is good.
(1) Extrusion mould material: 40Cr.
(2) Calibration mould material: Wearable tin bronze ZQSn5-2-5.
(3) Size: Customized
3. Corrugated forming machine
The corrugated formig device can calibrate and cool the pipe from the mould.
(1) Structure Horizontal.
(2) Guide track material is 40Cr.
(3) Block seat material is 40Cr, nitrided.
(4) AC motor: 2.2KW x 1 set.
(5) Blocks is cooled by air cooling fan.
4. Haul-off machine
The haul-off machine can transport pipe.
(1) Haul-off method: By belts and caterpillars tracks.
(2) Haul-off speed: 1-20 m/min.
(3) Adopt ABB inverter.
(4) Pressing method: Pneumatic pressing.
(5) Effective clamping length:1200-2800mm.
5. Cutting machine
(1) Type: Knife cutting machine and Planetary cutting machine.
(2) Cutting power: 2.2/3/4/6.9kw
(3) PLC control system, using meter counter or sensor switch for the setting of desired length.
6. Winding machine
It uses the delicate and exact meter counting and code setting unit.
