Economizers are mechanical heat exchange devices designed to reduce energy consumption by preheating fluids. In boiler applications, these devices recover useful enthalpy from hot fluid streams that would otherwise be wasted, significantly improving boiler efficiency. Our economizers utilize high-frequency welding technology with steel strips automatically welded in continuous spiral patterns around the tube walls, then bent and combined according to specific requirements. This design provides larger heat transfer area compared to conventional tubes of the same diameter and length.
