1. Working principle of cement rotary kiln
Under the condition of high temperature, the maintenance of accessories and the control of thermal system are related to the safety and efficiency of rotary kiln operation. The key point of transmission device maintenance is the lubrication of equipment, running state, dynamic detection and the meshing accuracy of the gear. The installation accuracy of the supporting device determines whether the rotary kiln can run safely and reliably. During the operation, attention should be paid to reasonably controlling the carrying capacity distribution of the supporting wheels, the layout of the supporting wheels, the upstream and downstream pressure and time of the hydraulic retaining wheels, the force of the supporting wheels, and the gap between the belt and the backing plate.
