Luo Mine has successively developed dozens of sets of complete sets of cement equipment for Pakistan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and other countries and domestic users, with a daily output of 3500-8000t cement plant complete sets of technology, complete sets of equipment and civil engineering development and design capabilities, and can undertake turnkey projects. In 1998, a Ф4×60m rotary kiln for 2500T/D new dry cement production line was manufactured. In 2002, finished the manufacture of 5000T/D cement production line with a Ф4.8×72m cement rotary kiln; In 2003, Ф5.6×87m cement rotary kiln for 8000t/d cement production line and Ф6×95m cement rotary kiln for 10000t/d cement production line were manufactured respectively.

3. Technical characteristics of cement rotary kiln in Luo Mine

(1) The kiln body is made of high quality carbon steel or alloy steel plate and automatically welded;

(2) The roller is made of ZG35CrMo or 42CrMo steel;

(3) Sliding bearing adopts large clearance without scraping tile;

(4) Transmission device adopts hard tooth surface reducer, spring diaphragm coupling, DC motor drive;
